Membership with Tuskegee Airmen, Inc. is open to all who are dedicated to:

Supporting organizational objectives to motivate and inspire youth people to study and attain marketable skills in the field of aerospace technologies.
Observing Nondiscriminatory practices in all aspects of life.
To Providing accurate Tuskegee Airmen historical facts concerning the Tuskegee Airmen omitted from U.S.history books through speakers, presentations, and scholorship fundraising activities.

Currently, there are 54 active members in the George S. "Spanky" Roberts Chapter. There are 9 Original Tuskegee Airmen, 6 spouses/dependents of Original Tuskegee Airmen and 7 Tuskegee Airmen that are Life Members in the chapter.
